Thank you for shopping with Bash’s Butters! ALL products on our website are currently available for preorder. Preorders allow you to reserve your items in advance, especially during high-demand periods, restocks, or new product launches. Please read the details below before placing a preorder.

What Is a Preorder?

A preorder is an order placed for an item that is not yet ready to ship. When you preorder, you are reserving your product ahead of time. This guarantees you receive the item once it becomes available.

Why We Offer Preorders

Because our body butters are handcrafted in small batches using natural ingredients, preorders allow us to:

  • Make fresh products

  • Prevent overselling

  • Manage production based on demand

  • Ensure every jar is whipped and packed with care

Estimated Shipping Time

Each preorder product page will list an estimated shipping start date.
Please note:

  • These dates are estimates

  • Orders may ship slightly earlier or later, depending on production volume

  • You will receive a shipping notification as soon as your order is ready

Ordering In-Stock Items With Preorders

If your cart contains both in-stock and preorder items:

  • Your entire order will ship together on the preorder shipping date

If you prefer to receive in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.

Payment for Preorders

Payment is collected at checkout when your preorder is placed. This secures your reservation in the production batch.

Cancellation Policy

Preorders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours, we begin preparing materials for your order, and cancellations may no longer be possible.
